Standard Terms and Conditions

• Remedial clients will need to complete a client intake form prior to treatment. We will email you the form once you have made an appointment through our online booking system.

• All our client’s personal information will be treated as private and confidential.

• Credit card details required for securing your appointment spot. We will not process any payment for treatment unless in the case of no show and unacceptable cancellation.

• All massage therapists have the right to reject the treatment or leave the treatment room when we feel unsafe or breaches of our personal rights.

Cancellation

• In the event of cancellation less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time or failure to attend your appointment you may be charged a cancellation fee for a minimum of $50

Gift Vouchers Terms and Conditions

• Redemption: Gift vouchers can be redeemed towards the following Thai-style massage services: Thai Massage, Oil Massage, Combination Massage, Back, Head, Neck, and Shoulders Massage, and Foot Massage. Please note that massages performed by Remedial Therapists are not applicable for gift voucher redemption.

• Validity: Gift vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of issue. Any unused value will not be refunded or applied to transactions after the expiration date.

• Non-Refundable: Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, or have their balances consolidated onto a new voucher. They cannot be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards, or securities.

• Additional Payment: If the cost of the service exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the remaining balance must be paid by cash, debit, or credit card.

• Loss or Theft: Torquay Therapy is not responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers. Please keep your voucher in a safe place.

• Terms Changes: Torquay Therapy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website, Facebook or Instagram.
